The Rambling group is holding a Social Event on the 17th October
at St Peter's Centre from 1900 to 2230

N.B. The activities will need to terminate nearer 2200 to allow time for clearing up etc.

This event is not being restricted to the Rambling Group members, other branch members and their relations friends etc are welcome to attend but numbers will be limited so please let me know if you are interested in attending ASAP by telephoning Robin Hill 01252 676163 or by email robin.hill5@ntlworld.com.

The cost of this event will be £2 per person paid in advance or £3 on the day, room permitting.

Please bring a dish or two of food to share, I expect about 40 people to attend but will notify you if this is wildly out.

Requirements : -

• Bring along a plate to eat your selection off and the tools to do so.
  
  
• Also bring along your drink (alcohol allowed, you can give it away but not sell it!).
  
  
• Also bring along your glasses to consume your selected beverage.

There will be competitions and prizes.

Bring along some paper to write on and some pencils/pens.

Entry for one of the prizes will be limited to those that provide a photograph of themselves at a young age for others to identify, so please provide this in an unaddressed sealed envelope as far ahead of the 17th October as possible.  Please note anyone not able to identify their own picture is probably drunk and may be expelled from the competition and possibly the rambling group, the Ash U3A and the U3A itself.

These identity photographs may be unclothed if of an appropriate age but all must show the face clearly.

Computer edited photographs will not be allowed unless this improves your looks but remain identifiable.
