Activity

 For those of you who have not yet discovered the benefits and pleasure of yoga, it is a wonderful way of releasing mental stress and physical tension through gentle exercise and relaxation.
The sessions are 1.5 hours long to give time for warm ups, postures and relaxation - and they always seem to fly by.
You need to wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict your movement or breathing, i.e. nothing that is tight around the waist.
